The Webedia Group is pleased to announce the first appointments to its new Executive Committee (COMEX), operating under the direct leadership of Christian Bombrun, Group CEO. These appointments will be complemented by additional arrivals in the coming days and weeks.
Emmanuel Chain is named Group Vice President Content, and Managing Director, Production & Talent France, member of the Executive Committee. As the historical leader and co-founder of the ELEPHANT Group (a WEBEDIA Group company), he will now be responsible for all of the Group’s production labels in France (Elephant & Cie, Elephant Story, Elephant Adventures, Elephant @Work, Kiosco, IDZ), as well as the Top Talents and the Influence divisions.
Antony Dumas is named Managing Director, International, member of the Executive Committee. Currently Managing Director of Webedia Espana and Webedia Mexico, and present within the Group for 14 years, Antony will be responsible for the development of our activities in Spain (where he remains Managing Director), in LATAM, Brazil, Germany and Poland, as well as the synergies to be created between these local entities and France. He will remain based in Madrid.
Antoine Meunier is named Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, member of the Executive Committee. Present in the Group for 10 years and based in Levallois-Perret (Paris), he will now be in charge of the Group’s transformation challenges and projects, BtoC product and marketing, BtoB and BtoC communications and public relations, as well as CSR and public affairs.
Alexis Giry retains its function of Group Chief Financial Officer, member of the Executive Committee. Having joined the Group in 2023 and based in Levallois-Perret (Paris), Alexis is responsible for overseeing the French and international teams in Management Control, Accounting, Consolidation, and Treasury as well as Payroll, with the objective of structuring a unified and tool-based financial management system for all Group entities. He will also continue to be responsible for General Services in France.
Hafida Ben Belaid is named Group Chief Human Resources Officer, member of the Executive Committee. Currently Director of HR Development France at Webedia for 8 years, her missions will now be to define, in France and in coordination with all our international entities, the Group’s HR strategy, talent, skills and career management, the management of social dialogue, and the support of the company’s transformation.
Stéphane Holler is named Group Chief Legal Officer, member of the Executive Committee. Currently Legal Director of the ELEPHANT Group since 2022, Stéphane will contribute to strengthening the size and expertise of our legal teams across all our territories and business lines, from production to publishing. He will be based in Paris.
Jérémie Phan is named Chief Operations Hubs Officer, member of the Executive Committee. Currently Director of Operations for the Production & Talent division and acting Director of this division since March, Jérémie has been with the Group for 8 years. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the 3 new operational hubs in France, created as part of the new organization: a production and post-production hub, a social publishing hub, and a clipping and distribution hub.
