Webedia Brazil : AdoroCinema produces Super Live to accompany the Oscar 2022 with the public

April 27, 2022 -

The site’s team and influencer Natalia Kreuser will be live on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube for 4 hours simultaneously to accompany the Oscar 2022 with the public.

AdoroCinema bet on the largest live broadcast, since the creation of the site, for the Oscars 2022. In 2021, the live, entirely remote, reached 6.5 million views and the potential for this year was even greater. The show will be broadcast simultaneously on AdoroCinema’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profiles. The hosts, Amanda Brandão and Digão Ribeiro, and the movie critic, Aline Pereira, will represent AdoroCinema in the broadcast, accompanied by the influencer Natalia Kreuser.

They led a live chat, inviting fans to follow the award ceremony and interact through networks and activations with the sponsoring brands – Nissan, Dolce Gusto, Yoki and Fanta. It was an entertainment program with the Oscars as its central theme, where the audience followed along as a second screen of the official award ceremony. Besides the live broadcast, the coverage was multiplatform. It was extended and unfolded in the most varied formats: special articles and reviews of the films on the site, going through the red carpet looks, backstage scenes, selfies, funny memes and of course, everything about the big winners.

Amanda Brandão, host of AdoroCinema for over three years, who was also in charge of the broadcast last year, had high expectations for the repeat. “It’s a thrill to be able to participate again, especially because the production is even more refined now. As well as those who are watching at home, we also have our fans and bets, and the idea is that we share this passion for cinema and have fun together in the AdoroCinema super live”, she added.

In 2021, the presenters participated from home, in an operation limited by the Covid-19 pandemic. This year, the content was broadcasted directly from Webedia’s studios in São Paulo, with the largest mobile LED panel in Latin America. Responsible for the project, Bruno Martins, Publisher of Entertainment at Webedia Brazil, says he started working on the initiative since the middle of 2021. “The audiovisual industry reinvented itself and became stronger during the pandemic. Now we bet on the 2022 Oscar party as a milestone to celebrate the glamour and greatness that cinema deserves. We understood that it was the moment to dare and that the public is longing to gather with friends and watch the ceremony and see the stars and stars gathered on the red carpet,” he explained.
