Webedia Germany : flow:fwd restructures its management team

March 15, 2022 -

Tim Krause-Murroni has been appointed new CEO, Nele Schramm becomes Head of Talent- und Project Management, and Pia Gätjens is appointed Head of Business Development. The German agency Flow:Fwd manages talents like Simon Unge, Varion, Isabeau or UnsympathischTV.

Three years after its takeover by the Webedia Group, flow:fwd is getting a new management team. Tim Krause-Murroni (46), Nele Schramm (35) and Pia Gätjens (28) are now at the helm of the influencer agency. Co-founders Markus Frey, previously CEO, and Pepe Wietholz, previously CCO, are withdrawing from the operational business. Both will remain with flow:fwd in an advisory capacity.

Nele Schramm and Pia Gätjens take over head positions

Tim Krause-Murroni, Chief Operating Officer at flow:fwd since 2019, takes over the position of CEO. Krause-Murroni has been in the agency business since 1999 and previously worked at Scholz & Friends, Faktor 3 and Dept, among others.

Nele Schramm has been working at flow:fwd since 2017 and is now Head of Talent and Project Management, leading a team of 8. She is thus responsible for the important interface between clients and talents for the agency.

As Head of New Business, Pia Gätjens will be responsible for new business activities at flow:fwd. In addition, her responsibilities include strengthening existing client relationships. Gätjens has been with the agency since 2019; she previously worked at Sportfive.

Since 2018, the flow:fwd team has doubled in size

The time under the umbrella of the Webedia Group was very successful for flow:fwd. The team has grown to a total of 20 employees and has almost doubled in size since 2018. Talents like Simon Unge, Varion, Isabeau, Inscope21 or UnsympathischTV trust the agency as management and customers like Universal Pictures, Medion, Hornbach or Warner appreciate the team’s conceptual strength and implementation competence.

Accordingly, Webedia Germany CEO Marc-Andreas Albert is optimistic about the future: “flow:fwd is getting an experienced, well-coordinated management team that will reliably keep the agency on a growth course. In addition, the former founders will remain closely connected to us, and in combination this means for customers and talents: better consulting, better creation, better campaigns – and the best content for all audiences.”
