Alicja Stefaniak, so far Operations Director, and Łukasz Walczak, Sales Director, have joined the board of the Wroclaw, Poland-based agency. Together they will be responsible for managing the ongoing corporate activity, strategic development and expanding the agency’s talents network.
Until now the GetHero’s founders – Tobiasz Wybraniec and Paweł Kowalczyk – have been members of the management board. The enlargement of the management board is the effect of structural changes in the agency – several managers were promoted earlier and a new department dedicated to microinfluencers was created.
“The official joining of Alicja and Łukasz to the GetHero’s board was just a matter of time – over the last two years the area of their responsibilities has been gradually increasing, until now they’ re basically responsible for managing the agency on by themselves. They are highly skilled and qualified managers, who have a significant role in building GetHero’s stability and strong position in the marketing industry. I’m glad that they are joining the board ” says Tobiasz Wybraniec, CEO of GetHero agency.
Alicja Stefaniak has over 12 years of experience in marketing and advertising. She previously worked for MediaCom and Havas Media, creating media strategies and digital campaigns for brands such as Sony, Intel, Danone, Universal and EA Games. She became COO at GetHero in 2017, after a direct transfer from L’Oreal Poland group.
Łukasz Walczak has over 12 years of experience in the sales and New Business sector. Before joining GetHero, he was the Sales Director of Warsaw’s Radio Kolor, where he led campaigns for Samsung, Danone, Philips, Ikea and Hasbro. He also managed relations with media houses and agencies. He has been working at GetHero since 2017 – also as Sales Director and leader of Sales Team.
